1. Off-limits Areas

Don't enter locked doors and the garage or any areas that appear to be under construction. Please be aware of neighboring property boundaries and avoid trespassing.

2. Smoking

No smoking indoors. Please keep doors and windows in the area where you are smoking closed.

4. Noise

As a courtesy to the neighbors, guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum, especially between 9 pm to 8 am. Please use your “Billy Holiday or Henry Fonda soft voice”, outside. Keep our good neighbors happy.

5. Parking & traffic

Please review parking charts posted at front and back doors. The alley is narrow, please do not park in any way that will block any section of the alley or neighbors access or driveway. Posted speed is 20mph, however driving slower is safer, keeps neighbors happier and dust down especially in the summer.

6. Trash

Put your trash in the designated ( 813 ) garbage can, at the back of the house. Tuesday morning is garbage pickup, please be sure there is room for the truck to pick up the cans, in the alley.

7. Keys

Keys should remain in your possession during the stay or if more convenient, placed back in the coded box, at the front door, codes are changed periodically. Duplication of keys are prohibited. Lost key replacement is $20.00.

Security

To eliminate issues and any potential disputes, for your security, the neighbors security and the security of the neighborhood, there are 24/7 security cameras recording, in the exterior common public areas of the property as well as on the surrounding properties.

Check Out: You can check out anytime before 11 am. Late check out may be available and must be preapproved. Don’t hesitate to ask. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify 24 hours prior.

Damages & Cleaning: Get in touch with us to report if there is anything damaged. We understand accidents happen.
